Shermco Industries’ Jason Edwards promoted to machine services division customer service manager

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 01, 2011 - DALLAS – Shermco Industries has promoted Jason Edwards to machine services division customer service manager from technical instructor and developer.

Edwards' new duties include serving as a liaison between the production department and customer, ensuring service is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner while managing the technical documentation of work performed.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Edwards served 20 years as an electrician in the Navy.
